Mixing Diamond Interaction Chamber (DIXC) is a chamber specially designed for mixing and homogenizing the sample fluids from two or more inlet ports. The multiple streams will mix homogenously at the diamond mixing chamber where the fluids pass through the fixed micro-channels and experience high shears and strong impacts.

FAQs and Tips

Is this compatible with Microfluidizer? 
All the chambers are compatible with any type of Microfluidizer.

What is the material of the chambers?
All chambers are diamond interaction chambers instead of ceramic.

What if the chambers are blocking?
By flow reversing the chamber, the blocking can be resolved. In addition, Genizer’s high-pressure homogenizers have a unique anti-blocking system that can minimize most of the blocking of the chambers.

How do you confirm the chamber’s connection size?
For those Y-Type Diamond Interaction Chambers with female openings, its tubing connection size could be 1/4″ or 1/8″.
